Moses Otieno Oduor has been involved in (co)founding and running organisations in Kenya. additionally, he has been involved in the successful implementation of projects for many entities around the globe. Some of these institutions include but are not limited to;
Achievements;
- Co-founding Da Factory Klub Kenya which is a movement and a community of hundreds of budding, upcoming and established artists who have met every week since February 2006 to continuously explore the reinvention of creative thought, ideas, works and processes in Kenya. Through mentorship, capacity building empowerment, talent nurturing and creating a platform for creative expression, Da Factory Klub Kenya has been the birthplace of some of East Africa's finest acts such as the TV/Radio personality comedian Obinna Ike Igwee, Citizen TV news anchor Mwakazi and reality TV dance finalists D.S.I. among so many others.
- Successfully participating in the conception and implementation of 5 editions of the Nairobi International Festival for The Arts.
- Appointed the first Creative Director for Sanaa Theatre Awards in 2013. It is the first award event in East and Central Africa that recognizes the talent and achievements of stage artists (theater, dance, producers, spaces).
- Elected for a term of three years (2012 - 2015) as Secretary General of the Kenya Cultural Center Artists Forum, a association advocating for the rights of artists based at all the 57 cultural centers in Kenya.
